eAt mORe CHILI

19 days since my last entry..

picking up from where i left off, and to cut the story short, urs truly quit the call centre job. i survived only a day ( one day, one hr..).. haha! i remembered laughing at shirlz when she quit hers after a day.. joke's back on me now. after 3 days of "hunting" around with Prom for another job, i finally found something new to put into my resume - One helluva working experience in a restaurant. And which other restaurant would it be, other than my all time fav - Chili's! :)

it's been officially 2 weeks and 2 days. and boy, what a rollercoaster ride it's been. i have tonnes to say.. but i wont :P tired..

I've been exhausted for the past week, but it's all worth it. The people i get to meet - malaysians can truly eat la..foreigners (not to mention hotties and hunks, kehkehekeh..) - just widens my perspertive of people. seeing customers in a different light is one big eye opener. one things for sure, from now on, i would definitely appreciate waiters and waitresses more. haha.. it's more than back breaking, it requires patience and organization more than anything. I would have never imagined seeing myself juggling a big fajita tray on one shoulder and the tray stand in one hand.. but i managed to do it, alright. *whipee..*

yesterday was the epitome of my working days - so far- tips went up to 20 bucks! i relaxed, i chatted with customers, i made new frenz.. my day was as smooth sailing as a baby's backside. *grinz*. hey, whoever mentioned malaysians are rude obviosly limited themselves to the wrong crowd. The customers i got were the sweetest bunch. sure, there were rude grouches. but i'll just leave it to u to guess which country they came from. hint : NOT malaysians.

till here for now from the new chilihead.

urs sincerely..
sho

holiday hues :)

wish i could show u how i feel right now with a single camera shot. picture paints a thousand words i believe.. and explaining in mere words would just bore anyone. but, one problem: no camera. Duh~

another 20 min to the end of my break. its my first day of work, and honestly, im not too happy.. i guess zoning back to "reality" after a whole 3 weeks of major lepaking and bingeing and partay-ing (wow, do i really have to work??!)just makes me fat and lazy and whiny.. ":S sorry.

vek and vickie encourages me to look on the bright side. bless u two.. Muax~ "look in the glass half full.." ok, so.. 7 bucks an hour is good, no? despite this dusty, crammy work place for one, and a 500 plus metre walk from the sunway lagoon bus stop.. WoooSaahhh.. i think i'll survive.

these past weeks was superb. i guess its kinda obvious, due to the fact that i didn't even have the time to go online and update my blog. i went to red box!! thnx to david and vonne and JW, sat night was fun fun fun :).. i saw the invitation as a "sign" cos, coincidently, old pal BehBeh called me to go the day before. and i had to turn down the offer.

reunions were endless.. right up from meeting up with ah soo and his family, to Kluang mates celebrating Dave's arrival to Kay El, to the rodent herself-Lyn and Claire la Flaire. (still waiting for the pictures, miss..), and finally yesterday, Val's luncheon cum farewell in her sweet boyfren's cosy lil place. (need i mention, i ate a lot? :>) after all this, i've yet to meet up with one special person.. u know who you are.. heehee.. well, u know wat they say la. "save the best for last..". hahahaha

and oh! i moved to a newer apartment.. so yea, urs truly have been very occupied emptying her boxes. i've officially finished unpacking the last box 2 days ago.. so *clap, clap, clap*.

break's over.. i gotta make some calls now..
