back in kl! started work! i'm really drained out at the moment.. but blog has to be filled..(wah, the determination).. working days not wat i expected. didn't imagine a parttimer like me can feel so tirrrrreddd..
office life ain't as horty hor haw as i expected at all..LOL. being "behind the scenes" can be an eye opener. hectic, messy, complicated, noisy.. somewat like a press department as one would see in the movies.. but then again, the pple.. to me, not very different from a college student. haha... kak niza as an exception, the others would love Breaks, love gossip, love to lepak, and.. ahem, shoes off, laydees..high heels can be a pain (not in front of Miss Lam, our boss, of course).
i'm working in a lil law firm handled my my maternal aunt's husband's smart, outgoing, outdpoken, sharp, RICH cousin..KEKEKEkeke.... i admire her alot. and, yes.. miss lam is my current no. 1 idol. i wanna be like her!! had a glimps of her "bling blings". (one of her diamonds, must be her rich engagement punya ring).. so pretty.. all of em..what m i doing staring at her fingers, u ask?? can't miss it la-she has this habit of waving her hands when she talks..haha..oh, did i mention she's rich?? haha.. she' only 30. WOW..
i embarassed myself!!once a day keeps the luaghter away..! strike one when i had to use the fax.. ..blunder... dialed tel no. instead of fax no... heard someone saying "hello.. heLLLO??" on the other line while trying to fax.. *doink*
we take turns answering incoming calls.. when i had to do it, i actually forgot wat company i was working for.. loooong pause after picked up phone.. "hello.. heLLLO??" again.. *double doink*STRIKE TWO!
suppose to retype over an important document wif an electronic typewriter.. despite my slow attempt, wif many draft papers b4 the real one, i still made a boo boo wif the document.. Kak Niza to the rescue. didn't noe u can actually "erase" typings wif an electric typewriter... strike strike strike!!!
till here for now.. i'm going home to get some beauty sleep.. legally blonde, my ass!
*feelings.. thoughts.. life.. love...* smudging up the corners of life, adding spice to spicen up my days, putting more hues to my perspective of life, molding my heart to appreciate..

THE PAMOL ESTATE GOLF COURSE ADVENTURE
dad came home one day and informed us the estate's decision to clear off the golf course. i was shocked, and saddened.. i grew up seeing the golf course "come to live"- pple from everywhere would drive all the way here to play on our lucious greens, and hilly tee offs.(not much of a challenge to pro golfers, but it was definitely enjoyed by many of our managers and outsiders). mum didn't say anything. she expected this i presume. There have been many changes to the estate ever since the company changed hands from Unilever to IOI...
so on the 3rd,since the golf course's CLOSED for the first time, my family and i went down to spend the whole morning walking around the course! despite the hot sun, and lovegrasses, we certainly had fun.On the fact tht they were going to fill up the lotus pond as well, mum took this opportunity to collect some lotuses to bring home. my dad and brother tried to reach out to the nearest lotuses from the edge of the pond, but their efforts were all in vain.(how on earth do you expect to grab hold of lotuses by not getting your shoes soiled?!) good thing a young caddy(barely 12yrs old!)..jobless.. was around.. After agreeing to help, he simply waddled into the pond full clothed, right up to the waist deep! COURAGEOUS, if u ask me.. for those who has never been close to a lotus pond- it actually stinks.. and u can never see wat's underneath the pond due to the lotus roots and the wide, round lotus leaves. brave boy.. brave.too bad i didn't catch him in action on camera.. too fascinated.

why why oh me oh my
got a sudden wave of ennui today. been doing lots of relaxing, reading(wow! =P ).. from family's impressive collection of the Reader's Digest dating back to the donkey days..er.. matter of speech, really.. to a short attempt in reading the EncyclopaediaBritannica..i gave up after "aardvark"-it's a type of anteater BTW.
Today, i decided to "reread" DanBrown's Da Vinci Code... wrote letters to long lost touch friends.. helped mum wipe the red-dust off the furniture. i'm BORED...~whoa~i can't believe i'm bored! as a person who lives on the principle tht there are 1001 things to do at home.. i'm starting to feel sick of myself for not practicing wat i preach.. then again, i'm giving myself a pat on the back.some of my friends won't even last 3 days in a row at home-i suceeded one week! *clap..clap.. clap*
"sho, ur sick in the head.. one week hibernating at home during exams.. one week more during hols?? wats up wif ya?!"
i dunno.. i really don't. maybe it's in my genes.. maybe i'm just born wif it.. maybe it's,MAYBELINE?
OK, i m sick. but i'm actually enjoying wat i'm doing..or rather, wat i'm not doing.. wat AM i doing?
bottom line, moi mission at the moment is to spend as much quality time wif parents, sathya and sham. won't be seeing them much 13th onwards, so it's currently "family, family, family"..
i shouldn't be complaining, really. there ARE tonnes to do at home. i haven't even finished playing all the sonatinas, and HELLER's at the bottom of the shelf. gotta dig him up and fill the house wif.. er.. scales? oh well, it is still music.
tmrw, going for a walk at the golf course.. lots of story behing the greens. will update the BLOG bout it soon..
